You can file this under strange sex news. Wesley Warren Jr. , a man with a big set of balls, 100 pounds to be exact, that appeared on the Dr. Oz show, has decided to say “thanks, but no thanks” to Dr. Oz’s offer of free reductive surgery for his extra large scrotum. Why? Keep reading and find out.

It was only a little while ago that Wesley Warren Jr. went public about his very private condition, elephantiasis of the scrotum and he went public in order to raise funds to get an operation to fix his big ball sack. So, why the change of heart? The Los Vegas man said that partially it’s because the Dr. Oz show would want exclusive rights to his story and the surgery footage. The other reason? He’s afraid of losing his whole man package or even his life.

“I just don’t want to die during the operation.”

How did Wesley Warren Jr. get elephantiasis of the scrotum?

Although Elephantiasis of the scrotum usually only happens in areas such as Africa and is cause there by parasitic worms, Wesley thinks his condition happened due to a painful incident in 2008, when he was turning in bed and accidentally pinched his testicles.

“It was like a shooting pain through my entire body,”… “When it stopped, it was like a huge tractor trailer went off the top of me.”

Warren’s scrotum prevents him from holding down a job and makes it difficult for him to urinate properly. But the surgery is complicated and it carries the risk, among others, that his penis and testicles could have to be completely removed if surgeons can’t stop the bleeding.
It’s understandable as to why he wouldn’t want to risk it, but at what point is the frustration of living with a 100 pound scrotum work the risk of medical complications? We’ll just have to keep checking in to see how Warren is doing.
