New studies shows issues with bicycling and women’s sexual health!

Often women who cycle or take spin classes feel numbness. This can sometimes occur from sitting on a traditional bike seat. In a recent study, Yale researchers tried to determine whether there are specific factors that influence soreness and numbness among female riders. The finding showed nerve damage can happen with women in the groin region, but that it may be preventable.

They headaches might be coming from changes to pain-sensing nerves in the man’s jaw and face. Additionally, he may have been experiencing increased pain sensitivity due to the “heightened emotional state associated with viewing pornography.”

So…will watching porn lead to migraine headaches? Only if you’re part of the 1 percent of people who already get headaches from sexual excitement…or you’re extremely unlucky. In happier news, when the researches gave the man pain medication a half hour before he watched porn, his headache symptoms were greatly reduced.

Bill, HB 3621/SB 3310, bans any teacher from talking or teaching “gateway sexual activity.” So this is yet another stupid bill on “abstinence only sex education“. Unfortunately the bill doesn’t really define what gateway sexual activity is and many have questioned if kissing and holding hands are classified as such. To that end, the legislation has been nicknamed the “no holding hands bill.”

The ban will take effect July 1st in Tennessee. I’m just waiting for the future ban of jumping rope without a bra and making eye contact with people of the opposite sex.
